comfortable bed amazing pool friendly staff
The room was spacious with comfortable beds and pillows. we enjoyed a large balcony. The amazing pool had beautiful gardens surrounding it. the staff were approachable and very friendly.

breakfast offered a reasonable variety, i found the fruit salad lovely. breakfast is to order, i found this a bonus. there were enormous breakfast options and all prepared quickly.

helpful staff huge room convenient location great pool
the check-in staff were helpful and friendly. my family room was HUGE, and the beds provided great comfort. i found the location very convenient, i could easily walk to nearby spots. i especially liked the pool area.
The shower temperature fluctuated on its own. This caught me off guard.

the hotel is situated close to the beach and several restaurants. moreover, it's positioned away from the main road, which ensures a peaceful and quiet environment. i found it very accessible.

The breakfast offered a good selection. the restaurant staff were very friendly and accommodating. the restaurant space was very clean and tidy. This made for a very pleasant meal. the food was AMAZING!!!

The pool area was clean with a tranquil waterfall feature. very good bikes are available for rent directly from the hotel. I used them to explore nearby areas. the beautiful gardens added to the overall relaxing atmosphere.

a mixed experience
large cracks blocked drains
the location was good.
The room felt quite dated. the bathroom mirror had large cracks, and the towels looked grey. there was flooding on the driveway because the drains were blocked. I saw a dead rat in the water, it was concerning. the hotel should address this ongoing issue.
